Immersion assembly

Immersion assembly


On Monday the 22nd of july We had an immersion assembly.It was so entertaining.We had seen year
one teachers trying to help different sea creatures in there movie.We seen the creatures helping
others in the sea it was so much fun watching it.

They were trying to entertain year ones and twos.



The second movie was aimed at year twos.There movie was about a maori lady swimming in the ocean
asking for help to save our animals she came across quite a few creatures there were stingrays,
snappers,and a mysterious fish that helps her.


The 3rd movie was aimed at year threes and fours the teachers in the movie were investigating different
creatures and what they eat.There were plankton,seagulls,crabs and mussels.It was the seagull eating
alot of things like crabs and mussels.


The fourth movie was supposed to be aimed at year five and sixes.They had a very funny one There
message to us was to keep the marine life safe.They were polluting and some people were taking it out.


The fifth one was our one and it was aimed at the year seven and eights.The teachers in for year seven
and eight sang a song about DNA,Cell,gene,nucleus and cytoplasm.

That was the end of the immersion assembly

What was the author's main message in pseudoscience
The Authors message was to see or believe if pseudoscience was real or not.For example
chocolate.Pseudoscience said that chocolate  improves your memory but there is still fat
and to much sugar in some chocolates.So it is very hard to believe if it is real what they say.









What are some of the differences between scientists and advertisers?

Scientist are very smart and they find out everything.
Some advertisers think that scientist are dumb
and wont reconize what they are doing.

Some advertisements are fake.
