Black lives matter

Inside the UK Black Lives Matters protests this week | RNZ News

Following the horrific murder of George Floyd by a white police officer in Minneapolis, protestors worldwide have taken the streets to demand justice.
Protestors in UK cities including London, Liverpool, Cardiff and Manchester have been heard chanting, "I can't breathe," the words Mr Floyd was filmed saying as
he died while being restrained by a police officer.
Black Lives Matter has said: "We are doing this to place pressure on the American government and show that this is a worldwide issue."

A young boy and his beautiful tree

A lonely boy who was raised up on his own

Quiet, shy, scared of the other things  he would become

He loved the nature and everything around

But the people he missed could never be found

This strange tree that was growing from beneath

He stood and stared not knowing what to do

He cried and cried because this tree was a reflection of himself

Lonely, sad, something who was looking for help ,

So he took his time to sit and help

This tree grew higher, bigger and beautiful

He cried and cried just looking at this beautiful tree

The thing he thought that was a reflection of him,  grew bigger and beautiful day and night

All tho the boy felt happy, he never changed and was still  lonely inside.

How to be a good son or daughter or Sibling!!!!!!!!!!!!

How to be a good son or daughter or Sibling!!!!!!!!!!!!

How to be a good sibling. Are you a good child for your parents? A Lot of parents don't like it when you don't do chores, so in this explanatory writing I will tell you how to be a good sibling and to be a good leader if you are the eldest. This explanatory writing will also help you if your the only child in your family.

If your the only child in your family and you are spoiled rottenly then be grateful. A Lot of kids are way too spoiled and they are considered spoiled brats, if they are ungrateful. If you are a parent reading this do not spoil your kids to much because one day they may not be grateful, but if your child is and awesome child then why not let them be spoiled. It is awesome to spoil kids if they are good and you have a lot of money, but if you don’t have money you can take the kids to the beach.

You definitely need to be a good kid for your parents so you don’t stress your parents out,it is also good to be clean and do chores for your family. Help show your respect to them by showing you can listen to them. It is good if your parents give you a reward if you have earned it.

Being a good role model towards your siblings Is when you show respect to them and they do to you. It is good if your siblings listen to you but if they don't, It's kind of hard. That’s why I’m going to tell you how to lead them properly. One, do the same thing as your parents would do to you, and give them rewards, just don’t give them too much because like I said way too much treats will most likely make them too spoilt.

Treating a kid is knowing when and when not to treat them, it depends on what they do. You have to know your limits and have a good reason to treat them. That’s why it’s important to know the difference between spoiling and treating a kid. For bad examples you can’t treat a kid because you want to, they have to do. something good for it.

I am speaking from experience because I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters, there are 7 kids in my family including me. I have a big family so take my advice on how to be a good sibling or child. TRUST ME YOUR GOING TO NEED IT!!!!!!!!!

Highlights for Cross Country

Cross country is a long run.Our Pt England run was three kilometres long.I felt tired before the run and didn't want to do it.But in the end the whole school had to do it.So i ran a little and walk most of the run.My favourite part was participating in the run and getting through it.I liked to watch and see my little friends run to.

Helping people post things on their blogs.

How does Pt England school post their work on their blogs….

  1. First we get instructions for our work.
  2. Then we have to file and make a copy, its optional to write your name.
  3. Then you finish your work knowing you have been given instructions.
  4. Once you do your work you have to press on file then publish it to the web, then copy your link
  5. Now go on your blog it will say "new post" then html on it so you press html and then paste your link in it and then when your are done you press compose,if its a google slide. But if it is a google doc you can just copy and paste all of your work, then follow my further instructions.
  6. Put a WALT and a TASK DESCRIPTION so you can explain your work and show what you are learning to do.WALT stands for WE ARE LEARNING TO……….
  7. Put in a title so you can name your work and then go on your labels to link your work so its easier to find.
  8. Then publish…......
